Retainer, torque ball, heavy steel jacket with molded rubber inner collar. Exchange only. Please send old steel core when ordering. All models. NOTE: We have seen several models with the rubber vulcanized directly to the torque ball, and not the retainer. Buick makes no mention of this occurance. However, we can vulcanize the retainer for these models, giving these owners the same functionality as those cars where the rubber is on the retainer.
